I was introduced to the modern cocktail at Scott & Co in Tucson, AZ back in 2010. Ciaran Wiese, the bar manager there, was trained at Death & Co in NYC and brought true cocktail craftsmanship to Tucson.

I then lightly dabbled in making cocktails at home until I moved to NYC in 2012 after finishing my nursing degree. While looking for a job, I worked as a barback at 67 Orange Street own and run by Karl Franz Williams. That is where I really learned the cocktail craft and first stood behind a bar.

With a too competitive market in New York, I moved back to Tucson and took my now cocktail hobby with me. Using my new knowledge of the trade I built a home bar and have been making drinks ever since.
